Is TideWise free?

Yes. Tide times and weather for today and tomorrow, today’s insights, maps and two favourites are included. Pro is an optional subscription. No account is needed to use the free features.

Does it work on my coast?

TideWise includes UKHO predictions for the UK, NOAA predictions for the US, CHS predictions for Canada and international tide data. Search for your station in the app. Current maps, warnings and forecast lengths vary by region and provider.

Can I use it without a signal?

Previously loaded tide data can remain cached on your device. Load the information you need before leaving coverage; fresh forecasts, maps and briefings need an internet connection.

Can I change the units?

Yes. Choose feet or metres, Celsius or Fahrenheit, and wind speeds in knots or mph in the app settings.

How do I get help?

Email trev@tidewise.co.uk with your question, app version and the station you are checking. TideWise is independently built, and your feedback helps shape it.
